Michael takes pride in establishing a close working relationship with each client, and works diligently in the early project stages to clearly define the project goals, objectives and program. These efforts are critical to provide the framework for an appropriate and successful design process. Based on mutual trust and a high degree of professionalism, Michael especially values the many repeat opportunities afforded him over the years to work with repeat clients.
The construction process is especially rewarding to Michael. He enjoys working closely with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to translate the project’s design and vision into reality, while acting on behalf of the owner and ensuring compliance with the construction documents.
